Do I need a script from my doctor?

Nope. Washington is a direct access state, which means you can directly see a physical therapist!

Do you take my insurance?

I am in network with OPTUM/UHC and First Choice. If you are out of network, check your out of network coverage - often times insurance reimburses around 50%. Upon request I am able to provide the superbill document that you can submit to your insurance to seek reimbursement.
